Building Life Values in children through Teachers

Value based education promotes a secure physical, emotional and political locus within a society. Values are essential building blocks on which an education for a humanistic society must be built. It is important for children to imbibe these values at a very young age. It is seen that sometimes thiese values are not given to tchildren in their homes, where it was traditionally given, due to the pressures of work and time. This programme aims to correct this imbalance and sensitise the teaching profession on the importance of imparting Life Values through regular education especially among very young children.
